Tennessee recently voted to name the Barrett Model 82 the official state rifle. This rifle shoots a .50 caliber bullet with an effective range of 1,800 metres (5,900 ft) (1.1 miles) and can use a variety of different ammunitions such as armor-piercing and high explosive rounds.
